THE FAQSOur location
Our sessions are mainly run from Friston Forest, but we will travel to your local riding area if you prefer, all we ask is that you cover our fuel costs.
On Site Facilities
Friston Forest Visitors center has Tea rooms, Toilets, a Drinking water tap and three large car parks, parking cost for the day is £3.50 but if you ride in Friston Forest a lot we recommend the Discovery Pass which is only £27 for 12 months, more details can be found here: http://www.forestry.gov.uk/forestry/INFD-8JWJKD
In the event of bad weather during or before the Session or Ride we may postpone if we feel it is unsafe to carry on, we will then re schedule the Ride or Session to the next convenient date.
What to bring
Things to bring may change as the seasons change but you will need a Helmet to take part, other useful items are:
A water bottle
Something to eat
Change of clothingEye protection
For Coaching sessions
Knee and elbow pads
Flat pedals and shoes
All Coaching staff and Guides carry tools and First Aid kits
The minimum age for any unaccompanied rider is 17
We have a limited amount of bikes but we can provide more if given good notice, the cost for this service is from £30.
Our vouchers can be used for any of our products whether it is for a One to One, Public session place or a Guided ride.
